About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative who understands the pace and expectations of an insurance office.
This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior insurance CSR experience and hold active licenses. You will be a key part of delivering exceptional service, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the overall success of the office.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately
- Proactively identify coverage gaps and cross-sell when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
- Support retention efforts and strengthen customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
Requirements:
- 1+ year insurance CSR experience
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Strong understanding of insurance products and workflows
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
