About the Role:
This is a sales role for someone who wants to compete, grow, and win. Insurance experience is not required. Sales experience is strongly preferred. If you have a track record of hitting goals, generating new business, building relationships, or closing deals — we want to talk to you.

This is not an order-taking position. You will actively prospect, follow up, ask for referrals, overcome objections, and confidently recommend coverage that protects families and businesses.

What You’ll Do:
  • Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently ask for the sale
  • Build lasting relationships with clients
  • Cross-sell and uncover opportunities within existing accounts
  • Track activity, manage pipelines, and stay organized
  • Commit to continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge
