This is not an order-taking position. You will actively prospect, follow up, ask for referrals, overcome objections, and confidently recommend coverage that protects families and businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently ask for the sale
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Cross-sell and uncover opportunities within existing accounts
- Track activity, manage pipelines, and stay organized
- Commit to continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge
